“Katherine” is a single gal who was recovering from a complex health issue. She needed everything for her 1 bedroom apartment. We were able to accommodate fully and in a timely manner. Her Social worker at VCH found an apartment for her. At that point her biggest stress was the fact that she didn’t have any furniture or household items. We were able to take that stress completely out of the equation and assured her that we were here to make her house a home ! And that was just what we did. She was so grateful to have an organization like S2H to lean on, in her time of need. Mission accomplished, I would say !!
