Shelter to Home  is a model of team work.

Every week volunteers answer telephone calls from donors.   They pass information to the next team members who speak with the donors, assuring the quality of the donation and arranging for its delivery to our storage.

Every week part of the team sorts and shelves donations, arranging for donation drop-off days and buying items when needed.

Every week clients are referred to us by agencies in the community, and we respond by working with clients and moving companies.

Every week volunteers update the Shelter to Home Web site, Facebook page and various aspects of the long term plan to serve our clients.

Our bottom line is to serve our clients with compassion, to cooperate with each other on the volunteer team, and to collaborate with community agencies to help people living on the margins.
