To Our Valued Agency Partners and Clients,
Our Team is both excited and relieved to be able to bring you the great news, that effective immediately, we will be resuming both Agency/Client and Donor Services. We have worked closely with our Landlord and have been able to negotiate a temporary solution that allows us to remain in our current location, until ‘hopefully’ Summer 2025.
This means we are back to ‘business as usual’ and we look forward to continuing to support you and your Clients. Please note that due to the recent hold on donations, we are currently experiencing very low inventory. Our goal is to replenish
our stock over the coming weeks and return to full capacity soon. During this time, we will do our very best to provide as many requested items to each Client, as possible.
Shelter to Home does not receive funding and we rely on a combination of grants, donations and fund-raising to finance our organization. With the state of the economy and the high cost of real estate, we struggle, like many, to remain viable. Looking to the future, we will be exploring additional ways to fund our operation in order to keep the doors open. This could include a variety of options, from Agency fees for service to
corporate and community sponsorships etc.
We also continue to actively search for a new location, so should you know of any available, open area/warehouse-type space that you feel might be a good fit for our non-profit organization, please email info@sheltertohome.ca Attn: Ardis, with details.
